| Full Description: The villa is situated on Lindfields only 5 minutes from Disney . It is a large 4 bedroom villa with 2200 sq ft under air conditioning. There are 2 large family rooms -one overlooking the pool/patio area - which has t.v. /dvd/video and the other has the C.D hi-fi - There is a formal dining room seating 6 and a kitchen nook area - overlooking the pool which seats four people. There is a fully fitted and comprehensively equipped kitchen - with fridge/cooker/dishwasher - blender/toaster/microwave - all ovenware/ crockery/cutlery/patioware/teatowels etc. For your convenience there is a utility room with washer and dryer - iron and ironing board.
The garage has been done out pub-style with 7ft pool table/ glide hockey table/ mini basketball game a bar table and stools.
The pool is large - approx 15ft by 30ft - southwest facing - with fab sunset views.
The tasteful master bedroom which overlooks the pool has a queen bed and is downstairs. It has mirrored and walk-in wardrobe and an en-suite shower and bath - double vanities and w.c. It also has cable t.v. /dvd/video
There are 3 further good size bedrooms upstairs - one is another queen bedroom with walk in wardrobe - t.v. and video. The second upstairs room has twin beds dresser/ wardrobe and has a t.v. with playstation 2 attached. The final bedroom has twin beds and is done out in disney theme - perfect for kids - young and old!! There is a bathroom on the first floor with over bath shower/w.c.and single vanity. There is also a half bath on the ground floor next to the utility room.
Towels/linens/hairdryers/tongs are in available.
There is a local 24 hour on call management service.
